Your details are shared only where needed to serve you: with the owner or partner agent of a property you enquire about, and with service providers that host our website and email. All processors are bound by data-processing agreements.

The contact form on this website is processed by Web3Forms, which acts purely as a relay to deliver your message to our email address.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as we are in contact with you and up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a transaction requires us to keep records longer for legal reasons.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you may object to or restrict processing. Email info@cretadream.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Greek Data Protection Authority.
