The content on cretadream.com is provided for general information about properties for sale and rent on Crete. You may browse, save and share listings for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, reproduce or republish listing content, photography or descriptions without our written permission.

Listings and accuracy

We take care to present every property accurately, but all listing details (prices, sizes, plot areas, availability and features) are provided by owners and partners and may change without notice. Listings do not constitute a legal offer; the details of any purchase or rental are agreed in a separate written contract.

Our role

Creta Dream acts as an intermediary between buyers, renters and property owners. We are not a party to the final transaction. Legal transfer of property in Greece is completed before a notary, and we always recommend engaging an independent lawyer.

Fees

Browsing and enquiring through cretadream.com is free. Brokerage fees only apply when a transaction is concluded and are always agreed with you in writing beforehand.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Creta Dream is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website or from decisions made based on listing information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Chania, Greece.
